When will my order be shipped?
As soon as you have checked out, we process your order and then our warehouse gets to picking, packing and shipping your order. Take a deep breath, we have you covered.
Orders placed before 16pm Mon-Sat(UTC+8) are dispatched on the same day.
All other orders (including orders made on weekends & public holidays) are shipped the next business day.

How long does delivery take?
Once the carrier had recieved the package it typically takes 7-10 days. There are exceptions when a carrier takes longer to deliver than expected so please practice patience! If you feel something is taking longer than expected feel free to email us at customerservice@gleekissoralcare.com!
Returns
Can I get a refund?
We believe in our products. If you are not satisfied with any order you placed through gleekissoralcare.com, then you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund email us at customerservice@gleekissoralcare.com and in most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described below, these requests will be honored. Include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “gk#”) and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping cost, shipping is non-refundable for orders placed in the United States and for international orders, shipping duties and taxes are non-refundable. Items must be in new and unopened condition, should items arrive in used or open condition your refund will be denied.
If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at customerservice@gleekissoralcare.com within 30 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “GK#”), photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, if applicable, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I return a final sale item?
Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.
How long does it take to process a refund?
You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email.
Refunds will either issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@gleekissoralcare.com.
Customer Service hours are 9am-7pm UTC+8 Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Glee Kiss reserves the right to verify any refund requests and request a return of the products you purchased.
